Healthy breakfast with Mistral



Make with us a healthy breakfast with the goodness of spinach and oats — a protein and fibre rich dish!

We'll need:
2 eggs
2 tbsp. of Mistral oatmeal flakes
Sweet bell peppers
Spinach
Ghee for frying
Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Heat a frying pan and grease it using a small amount of ghee.
2. Cut multi-colored sweet bell peppers into small pieces and place in a frying pan. Add some spinach.
3.  Prepare a mixture of oatmeal and eggs.
4. Pour the mixture on peppers and spinach and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes.
5. Serve with cucumber, tomatoes and some sour cream or feta cheese.
That's it, our healthy, easy and quick breakfast is ready!
